General Race Information:
The Run for a Reason 5K Race is held every year to raise money for the Run for a Reason Scholarship Fund. This race is the primary means of funding for this scholarship, so the number of participants is crucial to the success of our organization. Each year, we are amazed at the tremendous community involvement with our organization and event. It is because of those who participate, sponsor, and volunteer that we are able to provide financial assistance for those students in need.

Entry Fee: Pre-Registration - $20.00 (Guaranteed a T-shirt!) Race Day - $25.00
Course: A moderately challenging 3.1 mile course taking you down Pilgrim Mill Road, starting and finishing in the Cumming City Park. There is beautiful scenery as you run past Sawnee Mountain & Five Springs Farm!
Awards: Awards will be given to the overall male and female, as well as three deep in 6 separate age groups.
Amenities: Plenty of parking, a water station on the course, small food and drink items, and clean restrooms!
